Dining Times
All reservations are booked for a 2-hour dining time, after which time we kindly ask for the space back to accommodate the guests joining us later.

Can I bring infants/children to the venue?
Please kindly note that minors are welcome into the venue when accompanied by a legal guardian, although we do not offer highchairs or children-specific menus. Please note that the venue becomes an adult bar environment from 7.30pm.

How do I modify a booking?
All bookings can be modified via our reservations widget up to 48 hours before your booking time. If you would like to make a change to your booking with less than 48 hours’ notice, please give us a call at (03) 7006 5144.

Groups
We cater for groups up to 12. For more, please send us an enquiry about our private dining spaces here.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can sometimes change, so if you need to change or cancel your booking, please let us know 24 hours before your reservation time to avoid a cancellation charge of $25 per person. 

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards except Diners. A surcharge fee applies for all credit card and Speakeasy Group app payments. 

Sunday and Public Holiday Surcharges
Please note that a 15% surcharge will apply on Sundays and Public Holidays.

How do I start a bar tab?
A bar tab can be started with a credit card and a valid driver’s license or passport.

Do you have a dress code?
We are not the fashion police, however, please be aware we do require all of our guests to observe a “smart casual” dress code. If you have any questions regarding the dress code, please give us a call.

Where can I smoke?
Pearl Diver is a non-smoking venue, we ask patrons to vacate the venue if they wish to smoke.

Do you have disabled access for all parts of the venue?
Yes, we do have disabled access to Pearl Diver. Please call ahead to discuss with the venue if you require access.

 Can I bring a birthday cake and is there a charge?
You are more than welcome to bring a birthday cake, we have a $5.00 per person service fee.

Do you serve non-alcoholic drinks?
We can absolutely accommodate non-alcohol drinking guests and offer a few of our signature cocktails in mocktail form. The talented bartenders make all their own syrups, shrubs, and cordials in-house, and we pride ourselves on all guests having the Pearl Diver experience whether it’s with alcohol or not.

Do you cater to dietary requirements?
PDCO takes every possible precaution when catering to dietary requirements however cannot guarantee the absence of egg, nut, soy, milk, wheat, fish and shellfish from anything produced in our kitchen. Serious or threatening dietaries require a reservation and a minimum 48 hours’ notice prior to attending.

Can I BYO?
PDCO is not a BYO venue, we have a fully licensed bar with an extensive and unique range of beverages.

Do you split bills?
We are able to split bills for up to 4 cards per table.

Do you sell gift vouchers
Gift vouchers can be purchased via our website here. All vouchers are sent via PDF to the nominated email address and require 48 hours for processing. Please check your junk or spam folders for your purchased gift voucher if you have yet to receive it. 

Please note gift vouchers are valid at the specific venue they have been purchased for and have a 3-year validity period. We ask that you present the voucher at time of your reservation.
