Accompanying the incredible selection of seasonal oysters, enjoy our full bistro menu featuring small, medium & large plates paired with a concise and highly curated wine list selected by Collier or cocktails by award winning bartender Boon. 

PEARL DIVER takes reservations in our bar area and dining room. Whether you’re looking to sit back and sip, slurp and savour your way through your time with us at the bar or a full dining experience in our dining room we offer reservations for both.

Located in the Theatre District at the top end of the Melbourne CBD, PEARL DIVER underwent a six-month renovation and has emerged a space that plays host to a relaxed but lively crowd from industry, to influencers, theatre goers and week-day city warriors. The 100-seater is divided into comfortable banquets, bar seating, high tops and an impressive, shared table that doubles as a private dining room, featuring an iced oyster-well running its length. Enjoy a fully seated Bistro style dining experience or the perfect afternoon or evening standing canapès and cocktail event.
